The nose is fruity and offers a small power and a fine intensity. There are notes of fleshy strawberry, small wild red berries and small touches of cherry bigarreau, crushed blueberry associated with discreet spicy Sichuan pepper, garrigue / thyme, spices and an imperceptible spike almond and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers good juiciness, a little greediness, freshness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy cherry and more lightly small ripe berries crushed associated with small touches of blueberry, tips of violet, garrigue, zan, tobacco and an imperceptible tip of spices, black olive and toasted. The tannins are fine and very discreetly dry. Presence of cocoa bean notes on persistence.
