The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a juicy/acidulous frame as well as a fine tension, dynamism, fullness and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, quince, small notes of spices associated with fine touches of apple, fresh leather, a very discreet hint of fresh almond and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place.
