The nose is elegant, aromatic with a nice definition and intensity that brings an airiness to its power. Notes of crushed wild raspberry, crushed blueberry and more slightly dried red berries combined with hints of vanille, blueberry and a touch of lilac and balsamic cream. Mineral, fruity, elegant, balanced with richness and a nice finesse to its richness. There is roundness and volume, some tension with notes of crushed raspberries, crushed currants and more slightly fresh juicy blueberries combined with hints of crushed blue berries. There is vanilla, star anise and a hint of chocolate with a subtle touch of acacia in the background. The tannins are supple and fat. Good length.
