The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of balsamic, wild redcurrant and ripe wild berries associated with small notes of liquorice, chocolate, gray pepper, flowers as well as discreet toasted hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight mineral frame, a very fine acidulous sensation, a slight gourmandise, density as well as a slight fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and crushed red berries associated with small touches of crushed raspberry, grove, balsamic as well as discreet hints of spices, caramelization and tobacco. Tannins are fine and well-built.
