The nose is racy. It reveals notes of local grove, raspberry and slightly blackberry associated with touches of bay laurel as well as a fine hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, energy, a nice freshness, control, a small tight side as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fresh blackberry, raspberry and more slightly cornflower associated with touches of crushed berries, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and hints of vanilla. The tannins are smooth. Good persistence. A small bite on the end of the mouth / persistence.
