The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a nice tangy frame, gourmandise, energy as well as a very nice acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy/tangy purple plum, juicy/fresh redcurrant and small notes of crunchy red berries associated with touches of cornflower, violet as well as slight hints of star anise, mocha, and toast. The tannins are supple. Salinity and sapidity on the finish/persistence. A fleshy, gourmand, and fruity wine.
