The nose is elegant, tight and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, elderberry and small notes of cassis associated with slight touches of Cuben pepper, grove, fleshy wild raspberry, blueberry, hints of caramel / chocolate as well as discreet hints of spices and a very discreet hint of dried local vegetation. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a beautiful juiciness, tension, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful finesse as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy / acidulous cherry and small notes of acidulous raspberry associated with touches of cornflowers, acidulous blueberry as well as hints of garrigue, caramelization, chocolate, black olive, Cuben pepper and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length. There are very discreet hints of liquorice and chocolate on the finish / persistence.
