The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine intensity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, elderberry and small notes of blue berries, raspberry associated with touches of cassis, blueberry, thyme / garrigue as well as discreet hints of almond, blond tobacco / sweet spices, vanilla and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness, a fine tension, gourmandise, a small minerality, a good guideline, elegance, a beautiful definition, a small suavity (in the background), a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy black cherry, juicy fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy / juicy red berries (red berries, raspberry) associated with small touches of blue berries, cornflowers, zan, garrigue as well as discreet hints of spices, tonka beans, caramelization and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are well-built. The finish is slightly powdered. There are notes of chocolate and caramelization on the persistence. A beautiful, elegant, straight, precise and well-built wine !
