Cascina Cerutti Bianco Enrico Cerutti Brut 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits, juice and zest of lemon, associated with notes of orange and fresh pineapple, which are then completed by aromas of evolution, honey and wax, as well as than with a gourmet touch of brioche. The palate expresses more notes of evolution, but pleasant and harmoniously integrated into the profile of the wine. We find flavors of lemon, lemon zest, candied lemon, brioche, honey, a touch of wax, as well as white flowers. The finish is long, tangy, refreshing and complex. At the end of the palate, we also find notes of fresh hazelnut, as well as herbs and dried flowers (lime blossom, acacia). A fragrant, gourmand and balanced wine.
