The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small minerality as well as richness. It reveals notes of crunchy flat peach, compoted/fresh white fruits and flowers associated with an imperceptible hint of candied yuzu (in the background). The palate is fruity and well-balanced. The effervescence is well-built, precise, bright and quite dynamic. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and yuzu zests associated with small notes of fleshy vine peach, candied pineapple as well as discreet touches of sweet pink grapefruit and an imperceptible hint of flowers. Good length.
