The nose is fine, fruity, aromatic, fine, nicely elegant and offers a perfect maturity as well as a nice structure. It reveals notes of griotte and a slight notes of cassis, blue fruits associated with a hint of raspberry as well as slight/discreet hints of gray pepper and aromatic herbs. The palate is racy, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful fruity side as well as a beautiful minerality and a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of dried blackerry, cassis and slight notes of wild small berries associated with hints of toasted oak, dark chocolate as well as a hint of black tea. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is a slight hint of bitter dark chocolate on the finish.
