The nose is fruity, gourmandize and offers a small power as well as elegance. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with very slight hints of violet / cornflower as well as discreet hints of spices (nutmeg …) and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant and offers an acid frame, a small saline minerality, a fine fat, gourmandize, a beautiful definition as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, small red berries as well as discreet hints of spices and a subtle hint of toasted / caramelization. Tannins are elegant and offer a very fine chew. There are very discreet hints of almond and chocolate on the persistence.
