The nose offers a small concentration, a fine spicy side and a good definition. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and slightly tobacco associated with touches of lilac, nutmeg, fine hints of pepper and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain freshness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, cherry and more slightly plum associated with touches of lilac, cornflowers, cassis as well as fine hints of clove, tobacco and a discreet hint of rosewood. The tannins are discreetly tight. A local grove side on the finish.
