Cascalde Alchemy – Aged Oregon Gin 

The nose is aromatic and slightly gourmand. It reveals slight notes of Sherry, cucumber and slight/discreet touches of caramelization (in the background) associated with a subtle touch of gray pepper as well as slight/discreet touches of rose (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely powerful, slightly fleshy and offers a fine mineral frame, fat, a nice guideline as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this Gin expresses fine notes of cucumber, pepper, juniper and touches of quenette associated with subtle hints of candied cherry (in the background), fresh cherry as well as subtle hints of vanilla. Good length.
