(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is closed at first, but expresses itself after aeration. It expresses notes of fresh fruit (raspberry, red cherry, morello cherry, crushed blueberry in the background), combined with a hint of dried cherry, liquorice, tobacco, nutmeg, a light touch of ground black pepper, dried cornflower and rose petals, as well as a hint of roasting (toasted hazelnut) and cocoa in the background. The palate appears closed, tight and tangy. It expresses notes of red cherry, cranberry, raspberry and morello cherry, combined with toasted and chocolate flavors, toasted hazelnut, dark chocolate and coffee (especially on the persistence), roasted bouquet garni, dried rose, dried cherry and tobacco. The tannins are soft, with a fine and firm grain at the same time. Beautiful salivating acidity and sapidity on the persistence.
