The nose offers delicacy, a small richness, a fine intensity and a fine grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of tonka bean associated with a touch of crushed blueberry, camphor, black olive as well as a hint of spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a fine acidulous / juicy frame, a beautiful finesse of grain, structure, dynamism, freshness, juiciness as well as a small indulgence. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe flesh, fleshy redcurrants and small notes of fleshy cherry associated with small touches of violet, tonka bean, nutmeg as well as fine hints of cedar wood. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Very discreet hints of dark chocolate and hazelnut on the finish / persistence.
