The nose is aromatic and offers intensity, a fine power, a beautiful definition as well as elegance. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and wild strawberry associated with small touches of purple plum, fine hints of vanilla, hazelnut, rose as well as a very discreet hint of thyme flowers and balsamic. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, elegance, a small tension, a certain purity of the fruit as well as a fine and finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry, juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy redcurrants associated with fine touches of thyme flowers, garrigue / sense of place, very discreet hints of balsamic as well as an imperceptible hint of toast, chocolate and coffee (in the background).
