The nose is fruity, full and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberries and red fruits associated with fine notes of crushed plum, spices (Sichuan pepper and touch of ground black pepper) as well as slight notes of toasted oak and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, balanced, quite gourmand and offers freshness as well as a good fleshy and slightly creamy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry and black cherry combined with touches of cherry, plum as well as touches of dark chocolate. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. Good length and persistence on slight toasted notes / toasted bread.
