The nose is fresh, mineral and offers fruit, a bit tight / contained side. It reveals notes of persimmon, fairly ripe kumquat and small notes of almond associated with fine hints of orange blossom, a discreet hint of fresh sage/fresh local grove and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a fresh/tangy frame, a good definition, a certain sapidity, a very beautiful acidulous/juicy fruit and a discreet crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, kumquat and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with small touches of orange blossom, bright green apple, a discreet hint of fresh almond. A subtle hint of saline on the finish/an imperceptible hint of aromatic herbs/sage (in the background). Good length. A nice sapidity and crunchiness on the persistence.
