The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green reflections. The nose is delicate, very floral, and expresses notes of orange blossom, acacia, hawthorn and apple blossom, with a subtle herbaceous hint in the background. There are also hints of yellow plum and fresh grapes. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, yellow plum, yellow peach and apricot blossom. The whole is pleasantly refreshed by a lively acidity and a lingering finish with tangy flavors of candied lemon. The foam is persistent and fine.
