The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers complexity as well as depth and a bright of fruit. There are notes of bright wild cassis, bright violet plum and small notes of rosemary and sage, associated with fine hints of cornflower, red pepper and a discreet hint of balsamic. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, it presents a mineral, tangy frame, good definition, precision and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet plum and small notes of violet, combined with touches of small bright red fruits, as well as fine hints of licorice stick, black olive and a subtle hint of balsamic. A subtle hint of graphene in the background. The tannins are precise, mellow and finely sappy. Beautiful sapid persistence, finely sappy and gourmand.
