The palate is well-built, fresh, mineral, juicy and offers fine tension, suppleness, freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, juicy/fresh peach and small notes of peach blossom, combined with touches of small sweet/juicy citrus and a hint of carambola. Good length. A subtle hint of almost tannic in the background. Nice freshness.
