The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is tangy, fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, red currants and cranberries, combined with herbaceous notes of oregano and fresh basil, peppermint, white pepper and a fine sweet touch of wild blackberry and chocolate morello cherry in the background. The palate is fresh, silky and airy, with fruit and juiciness. It expresses notes of red cherry juice, fresh morello cherry, raspberry, crunchy strawberry, red currants and a very delicate bitterness of cranberries in the background, combined with notes of white pepper, fresh basil and peppermint. The tannins are fine, tighter on the finish, but softened by a salivating acidity. The finish is quite persistent, with a good bitterness of cranberries and a smoky and tangy touch of bergamot. A juicy and airy wine, but well structured.
