The nose is nicely built and offers a certain concentration in finesse, depth, accuracy as well as energy. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh blueberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry associated with touches of saffron, pepper as well as a very discreet hint of rosemary and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, good definition, gourmandise, tension, an acidulous frame as well as concentration in accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of bright redcurrants associated with touches of small red fruits, hints of spices, star anise, a subtle hint of black olive as well as a discreet hint of toast and local garrigue. Good length.
