The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, good definition, gourmandise, tension, an acidulous frame as well as concentration in accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of bright redcurrants associated with touches of small red fruits, hints of spices, star anise, a subtle hint of black olive as well as a discreet hint of toast and local garrigue.
