Beautiful fruity and gourmand nose that offers a good definition. There are notes of wild blackberry, pulpy wild strawberry and small notes of dry blueberry associated with slight sappy hints, pepper as well as a subtle patinated and sweet spices hints. The mouth is beautifuly gourmand and offers pulpy fruits, a beautiful fat as well as an aciduous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy plum, crushed raspberry and small notes of pulpy/ bright small fruits associated with touches of saline minerality, liquorice stick and a subtle bourbon vanilla hint in the background. Beautiful aciduly and roundness in the mouth. Beautiful persistence in suppleness. Chewy tannins. Varietal and pepper hint on the persistence.
