The nose is fruity and offers a slight intensity and a beautiful fine grain. There are notes of fresh pepper, violet and small smoky hints. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, precision, a certain small tension as well as a mineral side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, wild raspberry and small notes of wild plum associated with touches of rose, slight hints of tabaco as well as a very adiscreet hint almost sense of place (local biotop) and liquorice. Beautiful acidulous and gourmand finish. A certain small chew on the persistence.
