The wine has a pale raspberry color. The nose is gourmand, even sweet. It opens with the aroma of English candy and berberis, rose in syrup, soft caramel (toffy) and pear drops. We then find notes of crushed strawberries, raspberry coulis, vine peach, crunchy apricot, a tangy touch of red currants, a slight minerality and a hint of Mediterranean herbs in the background. The mouth is quite harmonious, less sweet than the nose. It expresses the flavors of vine peach, tangy raspberry, strawberry, as well as wild rose and rose in syrup. The finish is straight, fresh and salivating. There is a good bitterness of grapefruit, a slight salinity, a salivating acidity, as well as a hint of bay leaf. A gourmet rosé, with a good balance between delicate bitterness, acidity and a chiseled and fresh fruitiness (crunchy apricot).
