The nose is fruity, powerful and offers a certain brilliance. All in control and staightness. It reveals notes of bright cherry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of pulpy cherry associated with touches of slightly roasted small fruits, violet as well as discreet hints of cornflowers and liquorice. The palate is mineral, well-balanced, airy and offers suavity, an acidulous frame, precision, tension, suppleness, sapidity, delicacy, creaminess in precision, a nice juiciness, fruit, roundness as well as deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of concentrated blueberry, bigarreau cherry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice, sweet tobacco as well as discreet hints of clove and a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are precise and elegant. A beautiful and gourmand persistance. A very nice chew.
