The nose reveals notes of garrigue and a slight note of olive tree associated with slight notes of blackberry, ripe berries, hints of strawberry as well as nice notes of dark chocolate and a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, fine, fluid, mineral, silky, gourmande and offers a nice definition / expression, harmony and freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses fine notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and cherry associated with slight touches of fresh red berries as well as hints of toasted/caramelized oak and nice notes of dark chocolate. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
