Beautiful tension and concentration on the nose, with pronounced and gourmand notes of savoury spices (nutmeg, cumin, liquorice, a hint of white pepper and cardamom) associated with a roasted hint of herbs and fruits (roasted bouquet garni, roasted thyme, roasted rosemary, roasted red cherry, a hint of roasted raspberry), as well as the freshness of fresh herbs (fresh peppermint, fresh rosemary) and fresh fruits (raspberry, red cherry, morello cherry, red plum). It also expresses a gourmet toasted nuance – dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut, associated with a sweet floral bouquet (rose, peony). The mouth is enveloping, ample, while remaining fresh and fruity. It expresses notes of morello cherry, wild strawberry, red cherry, raspberry coulis, blackcurrant, blueberry, sweet spices (nutmeg, liquorice, black pepper, cardamom), fresh and roasted herbs (thyme, rosemary, dried bay leaf), as well as a toasted flavours with a hint of bitterness (coffee, toasted almond). Good persistence, freshness, a slightly bitter and tangy finish, beautiful flavor.
