The nose is aromatic, precise and offers an aerial and voluptuous side. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, lilies and small notes of ripe small wild fruits associated with touches of wild strawberry, cherry blossoms and hints of star anise and fresh pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, a certain tension, fat, and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, fresh cassis and small notes of flowers associated with touches of licorice stick, fresh/ juicy wild fruits, and hints of nutmeg/ spices. An imperceptible almost bay laurel hint in the background with a touch of chocolate. Tannins are mellow.
