It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, violet and small notes of griotte associated with a touch of thym, very fine hints of chocolat (in the background) as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a fine grain as well as a beautiful juiciness/freshness. On the palate this wine expresses ntes of juicy cassis, juicy/crunchy Bigarreau cherry associated with a touch of ripe raspberry as well as very fine hints of tonka bean/chocolate and a very discreet hint of cardamom (in the background). Good length. A very fine touch of chocolate and caramelization on the aftertaste (brings gourmandize).
