The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals a certain complexity and intensity, and still needs a small time to settle in. It presents notes of crunchy strawberry, fresh flowers and small notes of small roasted-elegant wild berries associated with touches of pulpy plum, balsamic as well as fine hints of camphor and pepper. The palate offers minerality, fat, a tangy frame and a certain energy. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of small roasted-elegant red fruits associated with touches of creamy cassis as well as hints of floral (violet, lily, lilac…), sage, a hint of black olive and tobacco. Good length. A fine hint of cocoa in the background.
