The nose is aromatic, precise and offers a certain intensity as well as a small tension. It Boysen berry, small bright blue fruits, small notes of bright cassis associated with small touches of cornflower, thyme flowers as well as hints of cocoa, black tea, Cuben pepper, discreet hints of local copse and an imperceptible almost saline hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, stretchy/full of length and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, minerality, tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small acidulous/juicy blue berries, small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with a touch of bright cassis as well as small hints of chocolate, hazelnut, sugared mild tobacco, a discreet hint of thyme flowers and vanilla.
