It reveals notes of nutmeg, blueberry, crushed strawberry associated with small touches of cassis cream associated with fine touches of cardamom, black tea as well as very fine hints of rosemary, thyme flowers, discreet hints of fresh tobacco and almond. The palate is fruity and offers a small juiciness, a fine freshness, minerality, a certain tension as well as a fine gourmandize and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, nutmeg, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of small black berries as well as a hint of small crushed red fruits, tonka bean, cardamom, tobacco box, a discreet hint of sense of the place (local biotope) and hay. Good length. Tannins are very finely dry.
