Cantine Crosio – Incanto 2018, Pas dosé – Erbaluce di Caluso Docg

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a slight sensation of richness. There are notes of kumquat, fresh small yellow fruits and small notes of fresh vine peach associated with slight touches of almond, lemon cream and a subtle winy/ toast hint. The mouth is well-balanced, beautifuly bright, frank, dynamic and offers a beautiful finesse / straightness, a beautiful freshness, chiselled and elegant. The effervescent is well-made, fine and frank. In the mouth it expresses notes of pulpy yellow peach, crushed williams pear and small notes of kumquat associated with a touch of fresh pineapple as well as slight hints of racy minerality, a subtle saline and toast hint. Good length. Beautiful effervescence and gourmandise.
