The nose is fresh, frank and it offers a fresh/crunchy fruit. There are notes of crunchy peach, fresh/ juicy apple and small notes of ripe almond associated with slight touches of white flowers and hint of acacia blossom. Slight straigtness. The mouth is fresh, precise, frank, tense and precise and offers a good definition, suavity and energy. Elegant and fresh effervescence. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ pulpy vine, acidulous apple and small notes of kumquat associated with a touch of mandarin zests, slight toasted hints, almond as well as a subtle hint almost cremy/ crème aux œufs and salinity. Good length. Precise and gastronomic. A subtle hint of good bitterness in aftertaste/persistence. Straigtness and tension.
