The wine shows a deep ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose offers exuberant notes of blueberry, blackberry, a hint of cassis and sweet baking spices. The palate reveals pleasant, crunchy acidity that balances well a touch of residual sugar, typical for Governo. Attractive flavours of figs, dried grapes and prunes are supported by ripe and juicy tannins. An easy and pleasant wine that is already ready to drink.
