The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandize as well as a suave sensation. It reveals notes of small pulpy blue fruits, crushed Boysen berry, small notes of small wild black berries associated with small touches of raspberry as well as hints of toasted, tonka bean, cardamom, an imperceptible hint of thyme flowers and Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, full of length/stretchy and offers a beautiful freshness, precision, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame, a good guideline and a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright Boysen berry, bigarreau cherry, small notes of cassis associated with touches of crushed plum, crushed raspberry as well as hints of tonka bean, cocoa, nutmeg, tobacco, a discreet hint of thyme flowers and pepper. Good length.
