The overall bouquet is intense with notes of apple, sage and spices. The substance is voluminous, elegantly calibrated and dynamic in its gustatory drive. The tense and savoury finale has a long progression. A white that will be remembered. It comes from approximately 120-year-old vines (one of the oldest vineyards in Alto Adige) on very steep terrain.
It is the flagship wine of this historic winery founded in 1907, which extends over 185 hectares. Oenologist Philipp Zublasing, born in 1985, has been at the winery’s helm since 2023.
