Cantina Produttori Erbaluce di Caluso – Caliginem 2018 – Nebbiolo Canavese Nebbiolo DOC

Beautiful aromatic, fresh and delicate in its fullness nose that offers a multilayered side. There are notes of viole, bigarreau cherry and small notes of ripe cassis associated with touches of rose/ dry local grove as well as slight hints of liquorice stick, smoke and hint of chocolate. The mouth is fresh, mineral, precise, tense, beautifuly structured, very discreetly tight and stretched. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ juicy cassis, rose and small notes of red berries associated wih touches of laurel tree berries as well as slight hints of smoke, tobacco and a subtle hint almost sappy and cocoa. Very slightly marked tannins.
