Cantina Goccia Bianco 2023 – Umbria IGT Bianco

(Grechetto, Vermentino): The nose is straight and lively, with expressive citrus notes, as well as a distinctive chalky and saline minerality. We find aromas of lime, yellow lemon, bitter orange and grapefruit, associated with notes of green apple and rosemary. The mouth is chiseled and expressive. It expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits (grapefruit, bitter orange, lemon, lime), as well as rosemary, green apple (which marks the finish) and a racy minerality (saline on the persistence). There is also a certain roundness expressed by the white peach flavor. Accuracy and liveliness, combined with good bitterness.
