The nose is a bit discreet and a bit tight. It needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of blackberry, gray pepper, cherry and small notes of redcurrants associated with discreet touches of sweet spices and undergrowth. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, round and offers a good definition as well as a beautiful acid / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, fleshy redcurrants and fleshy blackberry associated with touches of black cherry, juicy Quetsche plum as well as slight / discreet toasted touches, sweet spices, chocolate, toasted almond, vanilla and dried black olive. Tannins are very discreetly firm. Good length.
