The nose is flowery, sappy, racy. It expresses notes of local garrigue, cumin, saffron (flowers) and fresh sap, combined with touches of local garrigue, dried pineapple and a discreet almost peppery hint in the background. The fruity mouth offers juiciness, a mineral frame, good definition, juiciness, suavity. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy physalis, kumquat and small notes of garrigue/olive tree associated with touches of sap as well as fine hints of salinity and cumin/spice. Good length.
