The nose is aromatic, fresh, chiseled and offers a certain deepness. There are notes of thyme-lemon, sage and small notes of acacia associated with touches of fresh quinte, mesocarp, lemon as well as slight hints of fresh small yellow fruits and a subtle hint of verbena and peach flowers. The mouth is chiseled, tense, precise, juicy and offers a certain complexity, a beautiful straightness in elegance, a slight reduction as well as a good freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, crunchy yellow berries and small notes of acacia, peach flowers associated with touches of fresh local/Mediterranean grove as well as a subtle hint almost beeswax and fresh almond like. Good length. The finish becomes tighters. A subtle tannic hint on the persistence.
