The nose is aromatic and offers delicacy, a certain elegance and harmony. It reveals notes of bright yellow apple, physalis and small notes of dried mandarin, associated with fine hints of apricot and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral and presents a tangy, juicy frame, suppleness, gourmandise and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, citron and small notes of crunchy pineapple, combined with fine hints of apricot and crunchy apple. Good length. A finish offering a hint of toasted almond in the background. A wine with gourmandise. We also perceive a crystalline side on the finish, a saline/iodized side, fine chewiness, a subtle hint of fresh tobacco in the background and sapidity.
