A fine iodized side. The palate is fruity and offers creaminess, a certain gourmandize, an acidulous frame, precision, tension, a beautiful matter, balance as well as a beautiful acidulous/iodized minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, roasted cherry and small notes of roasted small fruits associated with touches of crushed blueberry, vanilla as well as hints of racy minerality, toast and a subtle hint of chocolate / toasted almond (in the background). A subtle almost sage hint in the background. Tannins are soft and elegant. Sapidity and a small softness on the finish/persistence.
