The nose is fruity, fresh, pulpy and finely restrained. It reveals notes of fresh boysenberry, violet and small wild berries associated with touches of black pepper, small pulpy red fruits, as well as fine hints of star anise and a discreet hint of sage. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a little pulpiness, minerality, a tangy frame, energy and offers a stretched/full-length side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, crushed raspberry andsmall notes of small roasted-elegant red fruits associated with touches of nutmeg, cardamom as well as hints of balsamic. Tannins are mellow and gourmand. Fine creaminess on the finish.
