The nose is intense and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, violets and crushed wild strawberries combined with hints of raspberry, touches of toasted wood as well as a discreet hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint of cinnamon. The mouth is fruity, fine, fluid, silky and offers a nice harmony, a good definition and a nice juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy strawberry and raspberry combined with slight notes of blackberry, juicy cassis as well as discreet hints of toasted oak, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Tannins are a bit dry. Good length.
