The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic, delicate and offers richness with accuracy/elegance. There are notes of bright cherry, raspberry and more slightly blackcurrant combined with touches of bright blue berries, blueberry as well as discreet hints of sense of place (local garrigue / biotop), a subtle hint of dry soil and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is nicely conducted, rich, elegant and offers an airy side in its definition, a beautiful structure, energy, depth and an acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright blue plum and more slightly blackcurrant combined with hints of violet, sense of place (local biotop) as well as a hint of almost sage, juniper berries, rosemary, toast and chocolate. The tannins are elegant and supple. Good persistence. A subtle sapid edge to the finish.
